What will I grow?
Green lentil sprouts in a jar. They are fast (about 3 days), forgiving and taste good cooked. The emails also explain how to adapt the method to other seeds.
What do I need before I start?
A 1-quart wide-mouth glass jar, a mesh lid, a half cup of lentils sold for sprouting and a bowl. Day 1 has the full list. Total cost is usually under $15.
How often will you email me?
Once a day for five days. After that you may get an occasional email with sprouting tips and updates. You can unsubscribe in one click.
Do I have to eat raw sprouts?
No. The course teaches you to cook your sprouts, which is what Health Canada advises. Day 3 explains the risks and the official advice.
